**MECHANICS**
**Weekly Tournaments:**

• If a player has a Consecutive Qualifying Win streak and received a win (win + stake of the winning bet) equal to one time (1x) of the total Qualifying bet, the Consecutive Qualifying Wins streak shall be paused and remain at the same number and shall resume as soon as player starts placing Qualifying Bets again.

**Weekly Baccarat Tournament:**
• Only Main Bets that meet the Qualifying Bet requirements may be considered for the Weekly Baccarat Tournament score.
• Main bets in Weekly Baccarat Tournament shall be defined as bets placed on Player, Banker and Tie (“Main Bets”).
• If a player places multiple Qualifying Bets on one (1) participating table/game, the total Qualifying Bet and total Qualifying Win may be considered for the Weekly Baccarat Tournament score.
• If a player places Main Bets together with Side Bets within one (1) game round, only the Main Bets that meet the Qualifying Bet requirements may be considered for the Weekly Baccarat Tournament score.

• Side bets Weekly Baccarat Tournament shall be defined as bets placed on Player Pair, Banker Pair, Perfect Pair, Either Pair, Player/Banker Bonus (Win by 9, Win by 8, Win by 7) (“Side Bets”).
• If a player plays at multiple Baccarat participating tables, each total Qualifying Win on Main Bet(s) may be considered for the Weekly Baccarat Tournament score separately per each participating table.
• If a player has a Consecutive Qualifying Win streak and places any stakes on Side Bets only, the Consecutive Qualifying Win streak shall be paused and remain at the same number and shall resume as soon as the player starts placing Main Bets, that meet Qualifying Bet requirement, once again.
• Draw is the result of a game round when a player places a bet on Player or Banker and the result of the game is Tie and where the player gets his/hers stake back (“Draw”).
• Draw will not be considered as a win or loss for the Weekly Baccarat Tournament score. Upon the lapse of such period, the Consecutive Qualifying Win count will be set to zero (0) and shall start to be accounted for the next Weekly Tournament.

• Prizes will be distributed to winners according to their position in the leaderboard, when each Weekly Tournament ends, descending from highest to lowest depending on the player’s total score.
• The leaderboard is ranked in accordance with the score. The score is based on the total amount of accumulated points that will be granted to a player for every Consecutive Qualifying Win and added to the total number of points received by the player for each Weekly Tournament separately.
• The point distribution for Consecutive Qualifying Wins is given to players as per the table below whereby the number of points grows exponentially.
For illustrative purposes only, if a player receives two (2) Consecutive Qualifying Wins, the player is awarded one (1) point. General Rules
• Opt-in is required for Operators and for players. Players are required to join/opt-in in a game.
• In order to take part in the Network Promotion, Operators must opt in during the Network Promotion Term.
• In order to qualify for the Network Promotion, at least one (1) banner with main logo “Drops & Wins” must
be used on the Operators’ site(s), “Drops & Wins” logo to be added to the participating games and at least
three (3) participating games needs to be placed to top page Live Casino Lobby games positions. Three (3)
email newsletters must be sent to inform players about the Network Promotions throughout the Network
Promotion Term.
• The “Drops & Wins” logo or name and/or any other Pragmatic Play marketing material shall not be changed,
altered, or modified in any way, unless expressly authorised in writing by Pragmatic Play.
• Components of the dedicated Network Promotion promo pack must be used on the Operators’ site(s), in
newsletters and other media including social media.
• Where applicable, it shall be the responsibility of the platform provider to ensure all Operators opt into the

• Dedicated tables will be added to the participating games list for Weekly Tournaments and Daily Prize Drops

• It is the responsibility of the Operator to ensure that Pragmatic Play‘s products and services comply with the

• The currency conversion rates of in-game prize tables shall be updated at Pragmatic Play’s sole discretion.
• The below table sets out the currency equivalent according to the minimum Qualifying Bet in qualifying
criteria at this specific moment in time (the “Minimum Qualifying Bet Conversion Table”). If unavailable, the
minimum bet will be rounded up to the next higher available bet size in the participating game. The Minimum

• The payment of cash prizes must not be conditioned on any wagering requirements. Players shall be able to
withdraw prizes immediately should they elect to do so.
• The Operator must choose between manual and automatic pay-out of the prizes.
• The Operator who chooses manual pay-out of the prizes shall pay-out the winnings of the fixed cash amount
prizes manually.
• The Operator who chooses automatic pay-out of the prizes will have the winnings of fixed cash amount prizes
paid out automatically to player’s cash balance.
• Prizes/wins may be subjected to any verification processes as may be required by Pragmatic Play.
• Each Operator with a winning player(s) must inform the winning player of the prize and shall credit the cash
prize to the winning player’s account within seventy-two (72) hours following the end of the relevant Weekly
Tournament and/or Daily Prize Drop.
• Pragmatic Play will reimburse all Operators of any amounts paid to winning players who opt for cash prizes
by deducting such amounts from the relevant Operator’s invoice. Pragmatic Play will deduct any amounts for

However, in case of any discrepancies between the different language versions, the English version shall

Drops & Wins – ‘Cash Prizes All Day Long – It can only take a spin to win’ General terms and conditions
• This Network Promotion is operated by Pragmatic Play. As such, the prize pool is shared across the network of Operators who opt in this Network Promotion.
• The Network Promotion includes fifty-two (52) seven (7)-day tournaments (each a “Weekly Tournament”) and a total of three-hundred and sixty-four (364) daily prize drops (each a “Daily Prize Drop”) which will run weekly throughout Network Promotion Term. The Network Promotion Term is divided into thirteen (13) stages, each stage comprising of four (4) weeks (every four (4) weeks shall be referred to as a “Stage”), whereby each week within a Stage shall be a qualifying week (hereinafter each a “Qualifying Week”).
• To participate in any Weekly Tournament or Daily Prize Drop in the Network Promotion, players must open any of the participating games and join/opt in.
• The total expected prize pool for the entire Network Promotion is six and half million Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 6,500,000).
• The expected prize pool for each Stage of the Network Promotion is five hundred thousand Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 500,000).
• The Network Promotion prizes may be won by players in the form of a fixed cash amount, multiplier amount and/or Free Round Bonuses (as defined below):
• Players participating during regular weeks may win prizes in the form of fixed cash amounts
as set out in the Weekly Tournament (Regular Weeks) Prize Table and the Daily Prize Drops (Regular Weeks) Prize Table further below (hereinafter the “Regular Weeks”)
• Players participating during multiplier weeks may win prizes in the form of a multiplier of the winning player’s bet amount and Free Round Bonuses as set out in the Weekly Tournament (Prize Multiplier Weeks) Prize Table and the Daily Prize Drop (Prize Multiplier Weeks) Prize Table further below (hereinafter the “Prize Multiplier Weeks”)
If the winning spin exceeds ten Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 10), the prize will be paid out based on a bet of ten Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 10) or the equivalent amount in the Available Currency (as defined further below) X multiplier received.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, winnings from Free Round Bonus prizes won during Multiplier Weeks are excluded from multiplier prize mechanics.
• Free round bonuses (the “Free Round Bonus/es”) may be awarded to a player in the form of ten (10) Free Round Bonuses for the same participating game in which the player won the prize.
The Free Round Bonuses have no wagering requirements once awarded to the player.
If the bet amount in the Free Round Bonus winning spin exceeds ten Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 10) or the equivalent amount in the Available Currency, the Free Round Bonus will be paid out based on a bet of ten Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£10) or the equivalent amount in the Available Currency.
• If the participating game does not have ten Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£10) bet available, the Free Round Bonus will be paid out at the next available
higher bet in the participating game.
The Free Round Bonuses won in a Prize Drop will be awarded to winners on the same day of that the Free Round Bonus has been won.
The Free Round Bonuses won in Weekly Tournaments will be awarded to winners by the end of each tournament.
• All prizes won during the Network Promotion Term must be paid out as a fixed cash amount prizes with no wagering requirements.

**Mechanics:**
Weekly Tournaments (Regular Weeks):
• Each Qualifying Week within the Network Promotion’s Term includes one (1) Weekly Tournament.
• One (1) Qualifying Spin (as defined hereunder) may allow player to rank on the leaderboard. For players to be eligible to participate in the Weekly Tournaments (Regular Weeks), a real money minimum bet of fifty Euro cents (€0.50) or the equivalent amount in the Available Currency on
the participating game(s) is required (hereinafter a “Qualifying Spin”).
• The leaderboard is ranked in accordance with the score, which score is based on the highest single spin win amount on any participating game adjusted to the amount of the bet
• The leaderboard is updated in real time and players can view the real time leaderboard in game at any time of their own choosing when playing the participating game(s).
• In the event of two (2) or more players finish a Weekly Tournament on the same leaderboard position, the player who has achieved the score first, will receive the higher prize.
• Prizes are paid out to players as a fixed amount.
• For the avoidance of doubt, any undistributed portion of the prize pool at the end of any specific Weekly Tournament shall be carried forward into subsequent Weekly Tournaments Stages or into the next

**How players may participate in Weekly Tournaments (Regular Weeks):**
1. A player must join or opt in in any of the participating games.
2. A player must place a real money bet with a minimum stake of fifty Euro cents (€0.50) or the equivalent amount in the Available Currency on any of the participating game(s) and must get at least one (1) in-game win to qualify for the Weekly Tournament.
3. The prizes will be distributed to players based on the final score showed on the in-game leaderboard by the end of each Weekly Tournament.

• The leaderboard is ranked in accordance with the score, which score is based on the highest single spin win amount on any participating game adjusted to the amount of the bet.

• In the event of two (2) or more players finishing a Weekly Tournament on the same leaderboard position, the player who has achieved the score first will receive the higher prize.

General Rules
• Opt-in is required for Operators and for players. Players are required to join/opt into a game.
• In order to take part in the Network Promotion, Operators must opt in during the Network Promotion Term.
• In order to qualify for the Network Promotion, at least one (1) banner with main logo “Drops & Wins” must be used on the Operators’ site(s), “Drops & Wins” logo to be added to the participating games and dedicated section to be created for “Drops & Wins” in prominent lobby placements.
• The “Drops & Wins” logo or name and/or any other Pragmatic Play marketing material shall not be changed, altered, or modified in any way, unless expressly authorised in writing by Pragmatic Play.
• Components of the dedicated Network Promotion promo pack must be used on the Operators’ site(s), in newsletters and other media including social media.
• Where applicable, it shall be the responsibility of the platform provider to ensure all Operators opt into the Network Promotion. Pragmatic Play will be held harmless for the failure of the Operator to opt into the Network Promotion.
• Any and all prizes will be granted pursuant to these terms and conditions, which Pragmatic Play may, in its discretion, amend at any time.
• Pragmatic Play shall pay out an estimated six and a half million Euro/British Pounds Sterling (€/£6,500,000) for the Network Promotion in aggregate during the Network Promotion Term. This estimate may vary due to the Daily Prize Drops Prize Multiplier mechanics.
• Any non-fixed prizes such as the Weekly Tournaments (Prize Multiplier Weeks) and Daily Prize Drop (Prize Multiplier Weeks) prizes which are won in excess of the six and a half million Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 6,500,000) shall be paid out on the last month of the Network Promotion Term.
• It is the responsibility of the Operator to ensure that the prize promotion is conducted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Network Promotion is offered.
• It is the responsibility of the Operator to ensure that Pragmatic Play’s products and services comply with the applicable laws of the countries in which the participating game is offered to players.

• The currency conversion rates of in-game prize tables shall be updated at Pragmatic Play’s sole discretion.
• The below table sets out the currency equivalent according to the minimum bet of fifty Euro cents (€0.50) in qualifying criteria at this specific moment in time (the “Minimum Bet Conversion Table”).
If unavailable, the minimum bet will be rounded up to the next higher available bet size in the participating game. The Minimum Bet Conversion Table shall be updated at Pragmatic Play’s sole discretion.
• If any of the Available Currencies are not in the Minimum Bet Conversion Table, then a System conversion rate, locked in for period of each Daily Prize Drops and Weekly Tournament, will be used instead.

• The payment of cash prizes must not be conditioned on any wagering requirements. Players shall be able to withdraw prizes immediately should they elect to do so.
• The Operator must choose between manual and automatic pay-out of the prizes.
• The Operator who chooses manual pay-out of the prizes shall pay-out the winnings of the fixed cash amount and multiplier amount prizes manually.
• The Operator who chooses automatic pay-out of the prizes will have the winnings of fixed cash amount and multiplier amount prizes paid out automatically to player’s cash balance.
• Prizes/wins may be subjected to any verification processes as may be required by Pragmatic Play.
• Each Operator with a winning player(s) must inform the winning player of the prize and shall credit the cash prize to the winning player’s account within seventy-two (72) hours following the end of the relevant Weekly Tournament or Daily Prize Drop.
• Pragmatic Play will reimburse all Operators of any amounts paid to winning players who opt for cash prizes by deducting such amounts from the relevant Operator’s invoice. Pragmatic Play will deduct any amounts for cash prizes according to the conversion of such amounts in EUR currency.
• Any players located in Italy, Sweden, Lithuania, Denmark, and Portugal shall be excluded from participating in the Network Promotion.
• If the terms & conditions have been translated into various languages these reflect the same principles. However, in case of any discrepancies between the different language versions, the English version shall prevail.
• Pragmatic Play reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Network Promotion, Weekly Tournament and/or Daily Prize Drop, including any related terms and conditions, at any time. Any such amendment will not affect players that have opted-in unless the amendment is required to manage/prevent fraud and other unlawful behaviour.
