1. The “Emerald Season” tournament will run from 29.08.2024 00:00 GMT – 27.11.2024 23:59 GMT.
2. The maximum prize pool for the ‘Emerald Season’ tournament is €2,500,000 (or the equivalent in the player’s currency).
3. The ‘Emerald Season’ consists of four tournaments, totaling 13 rounds and the one final round called “ Super Round”. Tournament and round dates can also be found within the participating games.
   • 1st tournament: 3 rounds. Dates: 29.08.2024 00:00 GMT – 18.09.2024 23:59 GMT
   • 2nd tournament: 3 rounds. Dates: 19.09.2024 00:00 GMT – 09.10.2024 23:59 GMT
   • 3rd tournament: 3 rounds. Dates: 10.10.2024 00:00 GMT – 30.10.2024 23:59 GMT
   • 4th tournament: 4 rounds. Dates: 31.10.2024 00:00 GMT – 27.11.2024 23:59 GMT
4. The minimum qualifying bet per spin to participate in each tournament is €0.20 (the ‘Minimum Qualifying Bet’). If a €0.20 bet is not available on a participating game, the nearest higher bet amount will be considered the Minimum Qualifying Bet for that game.
5. Only completed spins made with real money qualify for participation in the tournament.
6. Other than the price to make a spin, there is no additional cost to enter the tournament.

8. Each win will reward the player with a certain number of points, based on the following formula: amount won / amount wagered (for example, if a player wagered €1 and won €10, the player will be rewarded with 10 tournament points).
9. The more tournament points a player collects, the higher the player’s position on the tournament leaderboard.
10. A player’s rank on the leaderboard for each round appears once the player reaches the qualifying score.
11. The last round of each tournament is a “Super Round.” During “Super Rounds,” participating players earn 2x tournament points with their bets.
12. 10% of the players’ score during each round of a tournament will be collected as credit and added to the players’ “Super Round” score of that tournament.
13. Players will have the possibility to multiply their share of the prize pool by ten (10X) by reaching the score threshold detailed in the tournament, which is set for each round in each of the various tournaments throughout the promotion.
14. Each round of every tournament (including the “Super Rounds”) has its own prize pool, contributing to an aggregate maximum prize pool of €10,000,000 throughout the promotion. The prize breakdown for each round is displayed in participating games.
15. Tournament points earned are accumulated throughout each promotion round.
16. Progress is saved between playing sessions and participating games.
17. Each player will get a personal Tournament ID for the leaderboard per each currency he plays with. Changing the currency during the tournament period might reset the player’s progress on the leaderboard.
18. Each player’s rank on the leaderboard for each round will appear once they reach the qualifying score, as displayed on the in-game toolbar.
19. The leaderboard will include players who accumulated the highest amount of points during the Tournament.
20. The promotions leaderboard will be displayed in-game throughout the promotion period and refreshes up to every 4 minutes.
21. The prize breakdown of each tournament is displayed in-game throughout the promotion period.
22. If two or more players have the same number of points at the end of the promotion, the player who reached the points first will be ranked higher.
23. Tournament round prizes will be paid out to winning players within 72 hours after each round ends by our esteemed operator. All material prizes may be paid in a money equivalent.
24. The promotion is only available to players from countries where the games are accessible.
25. Malfunctions and errors may void all play and pays.
26. The rules, terms, and conditions of the Spinoleague can be changed at any time, in accordance with Spinomenal’s sole discretion.
27. Spinomenal reserve the right to amend or suspend a tournament at any time for an indefinite period of time. Any such amendment or suspension shall not affect players that have opted-in, unless the amendment or suspension is required to manage/prevent fraud or other unlawful behavior.
